Run an effective program for recording, correcting and preventing internal rejections, with the ultimate aim of ‘Getting things right first time’. Ensure the workforce is trained to competently complete their duties now and in the future. Ensure compliance with all legal / statutory requirements with regards to Health & Safety. Ensure succession planning is in place to source future competent engineers and management internally.
