Double Award for Mentor of the Year 2026!

CaviTech Solutions is delighted to announce that one of our Engineers, Marc Thomas, after recently taking the role of Apprentice Manager, has been named Mentor of the Year! by both the Lancashire Apprentice Awards and the Blackpool and The Fylde College Apprenticeship Awards.

 

These two prestigious awards recognise the outstanding support, guidance and inspiration that Marc provides to apprentices and junior engineers across our business. His commitment to professional development and ability to bring out the best in every member of the CaviTech team has led to him creating his own 8 week training course to bring both new starters and experienced team members a broader understanding of our business and the complexities of injection moulding. From reading drawings, to understanding manufacturing methods and principals, to tolerances, mould testing and development.

 

At CaviTech, developing future talent is central to what we do. Marc has been instrumental in designing and delivering our apprenticeship pathways, ensuring that our learners gain not only strong technical skills, but also the confidence and real-world experience they need to thrive.

 

We are incredibly proud of Marc and are grateful for the positive impact he has on our apprentices, his collegues and by extention both our clients and the wider community.
