Technician

Our Technician role is perfect for skilled machinists and experienced engineers who are detail-oriented and passionate about precision engineering. You’ll operate surface and universal grinding machines, assemble mould components (including mould frames and hot runner systems), and manufacture small batch precision tolerance mould components. You’ll also build and test new and repeat mould tools.

Ideal Candidates will have:

  • Experience in an engineering environement (constructing enginers or mechanical systems)
  • The ability to interpret technical drawings and perform inspection techniques
  • A keen interest in how things work

Full training will be provided to the right candidate. This is a full time role (39 hours per week) with a competitive salary.

 

Mouldshop Engineer

We’re seeking an experienced Mouldshop Engineer to maintain injection moulding machines, develop mould processes, and ensure quality assurance. This role requires a scientific approach to optimize the moulding process and excellent communication skills to interact with customers and stakeholders.

Ideal Candidates will have:

  • Experience in an engineering environement, preferrably injection moulding
  • Knowledge of plastic injection moulding machines
  • Strong problem-solving skills to identify root causes and provide solutions

Full training will be provided to the right candidate. This is a full time role (39 hours per week) with a competitive salary.

 

Quality Engineer & System Co-Ordinator

Our Quality Engineer & System Co-Ordinator role is ideal for detail-oriented individuals with a passion for driving success. You’ll maintain our ISO 9001:2015 quality management system, perform audits, and improve quality processes. The role also involves operating measurement machines, inspecting plastic samples, and creating Initial Sample Inspection Reports (ISIRs).

Ideal Candidates will have:

  • Experience working to ISO 9001:2015 standards
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication skills to liase with stakeholders
  • An inquisative nature and an eye for detail
